Building on her success, Milissa launched Eagle Staffing Company in 2018, quickly positioning it as a premier leader in staffing solutions.
Milissa’s accomplishments and her company’s milestones have garnered significant accolades. In October 2023, Eagle Staffing Company received special recognition from the Philadelphia City Council for its outstanding community service.
